 WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
 Our rates are simple and competitive. When you consider the services we provide our rates are fantastic.  In fact, our low rates made it hard to stay open all year long, and were a major part of why we had to close last year-  we just couldn't cover our overhead and stay open.  Our rates have gone up a little in some places, but it's the only way we will be able to stay open and continue to provide this level of care.  Basically, we charge by the size of your pooch and the size of his room, cats are a flat rate.

Doggies:
Weight 0 -50 pounds - $35 per day
Or, 4x5 Guest Room - $25 per day (only for smaller dogs)
Weight 51-111 pounds- $35 per day
Or, 5x8' Guest Room - $30 per day (good for all but the largest breeds)
Weight 111+ pounds- $40 per day - Penthouse Condos
Or, 5x8' and 6x8' Guest Room (good for the largest breeds, or active dogs)
Penthouse Condos- OVERSIZED- $45
The Penthouse Condos are large 8x8' Guest Rooms- we have five
The Mansion- Our biggest Condo- $50
The Mansion is huge, and great for two or three doggies, Great Danes & Mastiffs

A second Doggie sharing the same condo is $5 off their stay.
Kitties:
Flat rate: $12 per day, (except Bengal Tigers)
Two Kitties boarding together: $18 per day total

Unusual & Exotic Pets:
Pot Bellied Pigs, Iguanas, Birds, Etc (sorry, nothing poisonous!!)

Check-Out Times:
 Check-outs after 1pm are charged for an extra day.
Sunday, just like the Hyatt Hotel, late check-outs are free.
FREE Extended check-out time on Sunday is 3pm.
Extend your check-out time on Sunday until 8pm for only $10 extra.

Day Care Rates:
Any Dog $12, any Kat: $10
(drop off and pick-up the same day, anytime before closing)

Great Treats ARE included in your resort rate.
 Food is NOT included. We believe that your pet should remain on the exact same type of food he eats at home. The little guy is already experiencing tension and worry because you are leaving him, it is no time to change his diet. For that reason we suggest you bring with you enough of his own food to last throughout his or her stay.  Don't worry about special preparation.  If you want we will mix wet and dry, warm food, add water, even serve with a wine glass and napkin, just give us the word.

Remember, we can provide food if you want, and two best brands of food in stock. No, you won't find Lucky Dog on our shelves, only the best will suffice at the Ultimate Pet Resort. Let us know what kind of preparation Rover or Kitty prefers, and that's what they will get.

In-Room Dining Rates (food included):
 Cats are $1 per day extra for food included, and
Doggies are $2 per day for food included.

Occasionally we stock chew Bones and toys in our gift shop. You may also bring your own chew bones, toys, treats, pillows, stuffed animals, blankets, or whatever else you desire your pet to have. In fact, we ENCOURAGE you to bring bedding and toys from home to make them feel more comfortable.

New Spa & Salon

Bath & Grooming Rates:

Baths run $25 for Dogs and $30 for cats (they are a handful!)

Big Dog Baths (over 50 pounds) are $35 depending on your pet, just call and ask for a quote. We will be glad to give them their bath while they are here. Includes: Bath, Brush, Ear Cleaning, expression of anal glands, and Nails Clipped. Collar Bows no charge, just tell us the color. Kisses on the nose, included free, and lots of them.

Al la carte prices:
 Nail Clipping $8              Ear Cleaning $4            Kisses $ Free

Remember, we are now open for complete grooming, including trimming and bows in our new Grooming Spa.  For exotic grooming stop in and check out our Salon and Spa in January 2007. And, unlike ALL OTHER Grooming places, your pet is NOT put in a cage to wait for grooming- they are put in one of our huge playgrounds or condos to play.
